Upon entering this newly renovated (ground-level) duplex guests are greeted by an open floor plan that boasts modern, high-end décor throughout.
The main living area offers a sectional sofa, a Samsung Smart TV, and a French door that leads to a pergola with outdoor seating. The kitchen is equipped with all-new stainless-steel appliances, a wine cooler, custom cabinets, and quartz countertops. All the essentials are provided. There are six seats total between the bar and dining room table.
The master bedroom exudes an inviting and modern aesthetic that sets the tone for peace and comfort. The contrasting color scheme and beautiful pops of velvet green accentuate the room, adding a touch of luxury and elegance. The unique and eye-catching light fixture serves as the centerpiece of the room. There is a King bed, two chairs, a dresser, Smart TV, a large walk-in closet with ample storage, and double doors leading to the private lanai. Connected to the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom, offering convenience and privacy.
The second bedroom is designed to accommodate multiple guests or children with its Twin bunkbeds, offering space-saving functionality. A dresser, closet, and chair are placed in the room, offering a comfortable seating option for reading.
The third bedroom offers a spacious and cozy ambiance with its Queen bed, dresser, and closet.
The second bathroom is conveniently located across the hall from the bedrooms, ensuring easy access for guests.

This property was a great stay for a weekend! Located a short walk from the beach and only a short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach it was perfect for doing it all. Would definitely stay again
