This 3 bedroom (Loft with Sofa Bed as 4th) 2.5 bath 2000 sq ft. Elk Grove home is the perfect place for big families.

We are located in a quite very safe neighborhood close to the 99 freeway, Laguna Creek Trail, and a walking trail behind house!

Super convenient for shopping, with lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by (Off Waterman).

Just minutes to the new Sky River Casino (5 min drive) , local breweries (5 within a 2 mile radius) and great wineries (Lodi)!
