What an absolute gem of a place! Modern finishes, very clean, and many household amenities provided (steamer, hair dryer, washer dryer, kitchen items, coffee, etc.). Maxine was very responsive and even gave us local recommendations. She was always ready to respond when I had a question and very accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Wowza!! What a place! So many great things to review!!The view is priceless! Watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck was extraordinary !! You feel surrounded by the beautiful red rock! The place was so clean and so comfortable. Music was playing and the cool fire was on when we arrived! It felt so welcoming and warm. Maxine was so easy to communicate with!! She responded very quickly to my questions and she also has a great list of Sedona must do's! This is the place to stay when visiting Sedona! You can also walk to downtown from here! So convenient !

This is a wonderful location and a new build property! Our host Maxine was wonderful and available to us if needed! The house is beautifully decorated with the most gorgeous views and privacy! The house layout was great with the option of a separate mother-in-law suite below for extra privacy. It’s definitely a house I will return to next time I am in Sedona!

We had the best views,,, sunsets were absolutely gorgeous,,, best place to stay, all restaurants & shops, are walking distance, or you can catch the trolley,, place was very clean had everything we needed for our stay,,,, The house is very beautiful,”The Perfect Place to Stay”,,, maxine was the perfect host,,, she went above and beyond,,, thank you for sharing your home with us,,Dolly & Steve
