Situated on one of the most spectacular red rock view locations in Sedona, the property is tucked along a hillside ridge of dedicated forest service area, home to wildlife which includes deer, javelina, bobcat, coyote and the powerful symbol of freedom, eagles.
You can relax on your own private deck and take in the vistas of Sedona's famous red rock monuments and views of Uptown. The unit features a private deck with fantastic views, dining table and chairs. It overlooks the lower patios, bocce court, fire pit and water features.
The warmth and vibrancy of the Sedona sunsets are reflected in the art and furnishings of this lovely condo. Browns and reds, with splashes of blue, embellish the living areas. Located on the upper floor, the views are premium.
The master king suite is in rich shades of brown and turquoise and offers an in-suite bath with glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed in reds and golden yellow. This bedroom has easy access to the hallway bath, which also has a glass-enclosed shower and granite countertops.
A covered parking space and additional open paved spaces are available on site.

The condo was lovely. It was very clean when we checked in. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well. It was nice and quiet too. The condo was close to everything we wanted to do which was basically hike and shop. There are some really nice restaurants that are in walking distance (less than a half mile) but I was told that it might be further than some people would want to walk. The view from the condo was amazing! The front of the condo is just about all glass and get get views of the red rocks. Then there is a nice trail, Marg’s Draw, which is right at the bottom of the hill by the condo. There are get views of Snoopy Rock from the trail. I think anyone staying here would really like it.

Beautiful unobstructed views of Sedona Red Rocks with close proximity to Margs Draw Trailhead. Property was clean and inviting, with plenty of space for personal items. There was a "Welcome" fruit basket with trail bars to get us started on our planned hiking and nearby adventuring. We appreciated the full-sized personal care items and tissue boxes. They even had several laundry pods available to wash clothing in the stacked washer/dryer.It is a quiet area where you can relax outdoors at the firepit and enjoy the cooler night air.Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The only negatives were having to hold the handle down until the toilet fully flushed in the master bathroom, the kitchen was missing shears/scissors but was otherwise it was well stocked for our purposes, and the downstairs neighbor complained of hearing us walking within the upstairs unit.The host was very responsive with communcation. This property is close to many local businesses, and is about a 15-minute walk to restaurants as public parking can be very limited at many local establishments.We would definitely stay at the property again in the future.

The condo was perfect. Nice layout, all the things we needed. They had water and fruit waiting for us. The views could not be beat. They were magnificant! It was in a good location to get to everthing. There was sheltered parking. I would stay here again.
