There are not one but two separate patios to enjoy the outside and one is adjacent to the Joe Martin bike room. Property was super close to downtown Bentonville, so that was our favorite takeaway! It was clean (but I prefer properties that are a little more well stocked for visitors…although host stated on the booking so it was no surprise). Cute home in a great area, but I need a little more homey vrbo. I will say, it’s set up perfectly for a mountain biking group…with great space for bikes! Take away: Location, location, location!!

We will be back again! We came for mountain biking and this was a great house in an ideal location. Walk to the square in minutes, and ride to the trails easily! The house was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed.
