About this house rental
Bring the whole family and your friends too! With accommodations for up to 32 guests, you`ll be able to spread out and relax in the main house, the backyard with pool and covered hot tub, and the guesthouse located just a stone`s throw away. This is a perfect place to get away while still being close to the city, the lake, and plenty of other amenities.
The listing includes the main house with 6 bedrooms (up to 22 guests), and the guesthouse with 3 bedrooms (up to 10 guests).
You`ll have full access to the house and pool, as well as the left portion of the guesthouse.
I live in the small part of the guest house on the right side, and it is partitioned off from the rest of the guest house with a utility room in between. We also have a maintenance/repair hand (Chris) who lives onsite, and my daughter stays in the small house behind the main house. You may see us around but we keep to ourselves and will not disturb your group. If you need anything during your stay, we can usually respond pretty quickly. You can contact us through the Airbnb app, but for emergencies, you can contact us through the phone number in the listing.
This property is at the back side of a subdivision, separated by trees along the sides of the property. It is secluded and quiet, and backs up to a wooded area.
NOTE: this is NOT a party house! We`re ok with gatherings of family and friends, but late-night loud music is not allowed. Quiet time is after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
If you need space for more than 32 guests, we may be able to accommodate up to 18 more guests in one of our nearby listings - just ask us! Extra guest charges apply for over 16 guests.
Events: we allow gatherings with family and friends during your stay. If your event includes guests who are not included in your guest list, we need to know approximately how many people and the times of your event. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Quiet hours outside are after 10pm on weeknights and after 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights (this means no loud music outside after those hours). If this rule is violated, you may be given a warning first, but if that is ignored or if one of the neighbors calls the police, your stay is subject to immediate cancellation without refund. Please inform the rest of your group about this.

Make sure that people know that the guest house only has one bathroom to share and it looks bigger in the pictures.For the main house works well for a large family. Does not have a lot of the basic amenity's like tinfoil or ziplock bags or any spices or oil only salt and pepper.No spare laundry pods. Just use to more from other homes we have rented in the past. But still a nice place to stay with the family. Thank you to the host that helped fix things to make our stay better.

The home was very clean and inviting. The backyard and pool were perfect for our June family reunion. There were always spots of shade to move to. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. When we noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly, the owner was there quickly to get it fixed. We would revisit the property in the future. Also, if you are not familiar with the area, the property gives you a feeling of privacy, but you are only 5 minutes from an HEB and fast food/restaurants.

Host was nice and responsive, the houses had everything we needed from bug spray, to air mattresses, pack n plays, and floaties for the pool. Absolutely would stay again, our family had a blast.

There was plenty of room for the whole family & the guest house allowed for quiet time for the youngest to nap undisturbed. Losing grandparents is not easy, but cousin time is the best.
