    Y'all made some fairly stupid decisions that almost left us stranded with no money left for our trip. I had to get my bank involved to dispute your charges because we decided to stay another night. I'm sure you often have people deciding after being booked their original stay to extend it by one or two nights. The problem was y'all charged us for both the original booking and the extended booking and would not refund the money for a single night stay or the first one. So we had the original one night charge to us, then we had the same night plus the additional charge to us again. What really pissed me off was that you guys were going to keep the money for both. The hotel itself is great this day was fine, we just now know never to use you again. Instead we'll just use the same companies you guys went through to book it because they would not have a problem.
