Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved that we could connect to mountain biking trails right outside the door. We took a short drive down to the river to fish and sat on the deck to relax. It was a perfect weekend spent in a great house.

We liked the property. It is new with nice furnishings but be aware you need to bring everything to store and cook. No spices, oils, foil, wrap. Not even glass glasses or ceramic/stone plates, bowls. All are plastic from Wal mart. The only glass were small stemless wine glasses. Location is on a bare hillside, very windy when we stayed. Hot tub is nice and new but quite small for how many people this unit sleeps. Cameras are all around the property including inside the garage. We were not made aware of this. We don’t have anything to hide but it should be disclosed that there are cameras.

This place is wonderful! We stayed here with 2 families for a ski weekend at Deer Valley. Location was great to the ski resorts! Price was great! Very spacious all around. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware. The hot tub was a huge plus for us! We loved using it after a long ski day. Highly recommend!
