Great, well-set up house in a very mixed neighborhood just off Ranier - 3 blocks from mansions and 3 blocks from unhoused folks. The immediate area seemed very safe and accessible to key shopping (Safeway, etc). We held family Thanksgiving for us two parents and 4 adult children (one couldn’t take time off so we came to him). House had excellent layout and plenty of sleeping room - we had six adults and could have accommodated a couple more people. Nice tech setup, pool table, games and puzzles. Good washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen. 15 minute drive to downtown and waterfront. Hilly but easy walk to parks on Lake Washington. Overall an EXCELLENT family vacation rental. We hope to return in the future.

We had a couple minor issues and Lonnie was quick to respond to our needs. He even sent over chocolate chip cookies! Our group consisted of Pickleball referees in town for a tournament. We needed a bed to sleep and a kitchen for coffee and heating left overs. The house was in a nice residential area and was quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes bowls and utensils. The only downside to having 5 adults in the house was everyone having showers and the hot water being depleted before everyone had theirs. It was very comfortable and we look to stay here again when we travel back to Seattle.

This house was absolutely beautiful! It is exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything was spotless. We stayed for one week and had 9 adults and one baby and there was more than enough room. We were in Seattle for my daughter’s wedding, and this house made it stress free for us since we always knew we had a comfortable place to come home to. Lonnie was very responsive and always checked in via the app to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Seattle!

The house was clean, comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well and thoughtfully equipped. Location was convenient for our activities in Seward Park and Mercer Island. Nearby Columbia City has some good restaurants.
