About this apartment rental
This Spectaculary placed, designed and beautiful Apartment is perfect for beach and playa.
Minutes to Bars Restaurants and the only water park for many kilometers.
It has an Amazing gated grassed pool area with large outdoor swimming pool and child friendly alternative set in the same area.
From November to April access to an indoor pool is possible, if available.
Fantastic private Roof terrace and separate balcony.
Views of the Flamingo nature reserve and Mojacar Pueblo.
Cycle paths for cycling all around Vera playa and the pueblo.
Long weekend or family holiday. Easy access to Almeria, Corvera & Alicante airport.
The Beach is a lazy and paved 1.2 km away a 12min walk or a 2 min drive. Lots of FREE parking next to all beaches in the area.
The internal space is nice and large with excellent WIFI, nice covered entrance hall and well proportioned bedrooms and bathrooms.
The large private roof terrace has a lovely BBQ, seating area and sun loungers.
There is a very well stocked kitchen with crockery, utensils and a large refrigerator/ freezer. Plenty of cupboard storage and mod cons, such as microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen leads to the lounge and the outdoor terrace is perfect for eating out on summer, autumn and cosy winter evenings, when youre not Barbecuing on the private roof terrace.
Both bedrooms have large wardrobes with drawers for extra storage and there are plenty of hangers.
In the main bathroom to bedroom 1 there is a bath with shower, toilet and bidet. Bedroom 1 has a small dressing area and mirror for applying makeup and styling your hair.
The second bedroom is served by the second bathroom with shower and toilet.
For entertainment in bedroom2 there is a Tv with integrated DVD player. There is a selection of DVD’s in the lounge.
The large bright and airy lounge leads out onto the terrace with views of the urbanización. In the lounge you will find an L shaped settee, leather easy chair and dining table with 4 chairs. A flat screen smart Tv, dvd and a small music system provides entertainment to play Cd’s.
Outside on the terrace there is ample dining space for 6 people on a large table. This terrace leads up the stairs to the large private roof solarium and BBQ area.
The whole apartment is decorated and maintained to a very high standard of both interior design and cleanliness.
Your hosts or their representative will greet you on arrival and explain anything you are unsure about and anything extra you might need should they be able to provide it.

Other things to note
Whilst parking in the complex is limited to 1 car. There is a large amount of free parking directly outside the gates. Vera is a very nice area with a very low crime rate and you will have a very relaxing carefree holiday. Known for it’s friendly locals and chilled out lifestyle it blends the best of beach and nightlife with a good mix of national and international cuisine. The location is probably a perfect distance for being on top of everything, but allowing you to stay out of the hustle and bustle as the nights get busy and the quiet streets of the playa liven up with the soft hum of music from the various bars while estaurants and beach chirungitos serve food until late into the night. For access to the nearby towns of Garrucha and Mojacar a bus stop is located a 5 min walk across from the apartment, in summer these work late into the evening allowing you to explore further afield and enjoy things such as the famous Garuchan prawn or a club such as Mandala in Mojacar. With clubs in Vera playa such as Marau and late night bars like Maya. First rate restaurants such as Lua, with its amazing food and its chilled out beats and bar for that after hours vibe, you will be lucky to find time to travel out of the area. During the hot summer months as the famous Chirungitos open for food and drinks the near empty expansive beaches are filled with lazy days under the sun, long lunches of seafood and fish from the burning boat barbecues and later sundowners watching the amazing sunsets over the ocean. Many talk of the all year around climate of Spain, however few people know of the unique micro climate to this area and its general year round mild climate. Mainly due to the beautiful and potective moutains that surround the coast line all the way down to the city of Almeria. It is this and the sea breezes that preserve this unchanged and historic area. In all the area and its many varied options mean Casa AngyLee is a perfect destination for anytime of the year. Angela met us on arrival and gave a warm and informative welcome. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Angela was kind enough to provide a welcome pack.
The apartment is comfortable, well appointed and attractively decorated. The beds were very comfortable which is so important! There is a lovely roof terrace and we were lucky enough to be able to relax there even in January.
The kitchen is small but definitely adequate for preparing meals when on holiday.
It is in a good location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants - highly recommend The Lua. There is a heated indoor pool which guests are able to enjoy in the neighbouring complex.
There is a car parking space inside the secure complex. We hired a car and enjoyed driving to other areas - Villaricos market was great, Mojacar village, Garrucha, San Juan de los Terreros etc.
All in all, we would be very happy to recommend the property as a holiday rental. Happy Holidays!
