Welcome to The Workshop at Prairie Base! Situated on a family cattle ranch between Rolla & St. James, Missouri just off I-44. This newly finished getaway offers a panoramic view and peaceful location. Enjoy comforts like a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, brand new plush mattresses, a large front porch, & WiFi. Visit Missouri S&T, spend a day at Fugitive Beach, or sample local libations in St. James. After, enjoy dinner on the patio or gather by the fire pit.
A shared 30` x 50` in ground pool is available seasonally.

-Quiet hours 9PM/9AM
-Please do not go on the farm without an owner chaperone
-Please everything in the unit in the condition you found it

Great 2 BD/2 BA property on a farm. The description is quite accurate. The space for 1 person was a lot (the smaller accommodation on the property was already taken) and it would be great for a group of 4 (or even more if had smaller kids). The pool was open and I used it every day for laps. While there were other guests at the property, it was very quiet and I was able to get a lot of work done. Communication with Mandy and Travis was easy. Getting to both St. James and Rolla was quick. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and cute. Also, we had arrived earlier than planned and Amanda and Travis were very accommodating in letting us in early.

The 4pm checkin and 10am checkout are really make it not worth it. Its 2 hours less than normal.
