(Please Read Before Booking: There are two separate construction projects taking place. Our pool and beach access are currently closed until further notice and undergoing a complete restoration. There is a charming beach access 800 ft south of the condo at Seagull Park Beach. Beginning Nov 2023 to June 2024, we will be installing a mandatory fire sprinkler system throughout the building. We have blocked the dates the specific unit is impacted, but you may be impacted by noise during the duration of this project. If you are booking this property, you are acknowledging the current property status and understand your rates have been updated to reflect these amenity closures.)

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great beaches within walkong distance and nice area. When parking lot is finished and it has a pool it will be even better

This is not a beach facing unit, but it was clean and comfortable for our group of five. Everyone we encountered while we were there was so friendly. Walks on the beach were lovely and relaxing. 7-11, pizza, and other entertainment within walking distance. We had a great week.

The condo was spacious and had an amazing living room and kitchen . I just wish their was TVs that worked in all rooms , patio furniture that wasn't taped together, a second set of keys so we wouldn't have to have share or not everyone get to leave at the same time. Also missing the pool and having a coin washer and dryer and not being told was very aggravating. Also the parking space for 12 was too small for a vehicle to fit in so we couldn't even park at the facility. The rooms were clean and the beach is right in the back which was the best part. Any souvenir place is a 15 min drive. There is no manager you have to go through a text service. The beds were not comfortable and had hotel type sheets and blanket. Very thing and scratchy.
