Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, everything was good. The property was clean. I really couldn’t complain about anything because things that I noticed have already been specified in other reviews, like no small pots for cooking and knobs on doors missing. Other than small things like that, my family enjoyed being there. Thank you for having us at your property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home! The location is fantastic - close to everything, yet still peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming, and the cleanliness was top-notch (bonus points for Dove toiletries). The dock is a nice place to relax by the water, but we were a bit disappointed that there was no access in and out of the bay. If that is not a priority for you, this place is pretty close to perfect. Overall, a great stay, and we'd definitely consider coming back!

The septic was leaking after 1st day. It doesn't have 4.5 bathrooms as stated. The dock is not accessible for boat nor water. Other than that it was great.
