About this apartment rental
From July 13 to October 2, 2025 there is no resort fee. (exception September 12, 2025).
We offer curated hotel quality units with the convenience of a private home and amenities of a world-class resort.

The property is a resort hotel with multiple units available, each of which were designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While the style of the unites is consistent, the layout and view may vary by apartment.

• Accommodates up to 2 people

This property is highly sought after for snow-related attractions, therefore, adverse weather conditions linked to snow do not fulfill the conditions for cancellations due to extenuating circumstances. We suggest that guests take out travel insurance, such as the one offered by VRBO during the booking process.
Remember that our cancellation policy is a strict one, which allows guests to receive a full refund only if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before a listing's check-in time. For this reason we highly recommend using insurance.
→ This is a timeshare property, however there is no expectation for you to attend tours or sales pitches! The decision is all yours, feel free to decline.
→ Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your VRBO account.
For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars.
→ Security Deposit: the resort will swipe your credit or debit card for incidentals. A temporary hold of U$115 per apartment will be placed on your credit or debit card upon check-in. This hold will be released in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed.
2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.
3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).

The place was almost perfect for a solo ski trip. Easy check in, walking distance to a ski lift, comfortable bed and plenty of space (good enough for a comfortable stay for 2). The unit is also on the top floor which I like.
There were 2 problems that were due to the design of the building. 1. Two separate units share small common space (washer and dryer) and one outside door. Unfortunately, the two units also share a thermostat which is located in the other unit. As long as the other unit keeps it cold, you're OK since there is also a baseboard heater in the unit. 2. You can hear loud conversations from the neighboring unit.
Overall, it was still a perfect ski trip (Heavenly could have used more snow). I closed the HVAC vents to deal with too much heat. The next door neighbors were not too loud so that was OK too. I would come back on my next trip.
