It was very close to the Nevada side of Heavenly. There was a great view from our living room and from the master bedroom looking out over the lake. It had what we needed for the five of us who were staying there. It had a good washer and dryer.
The lighting was rather dark, especially in the kitchen. We felt like we needed to turn the light on all the time and it was already on. The right rear stove burner does not work. The closets and ski storage areas could be Decluttered. The temperature in the place when we arrived was 34°. There were supposed to be two portable heaters for the downstairs bedrooms, but there was just one. The heating system does not work that great. It is very hard to keep the basement bedrooms warm. The heating unit at the bottom of the stairs just sends the hot air upstairs.
