We absolutely loved our week by the lake. It was a wonderful way to rest, relax, and unwind during our final week of summer vacation as a family, and we were so lucky to have perfect weather! The cottage was a good size for the five of us, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked - this was great for preparing family meals, which we enjoyed on the outdoor deck overlooking the water! The BBQ worked great and was such a convenient addition. The host was very responsive to all my questions and super friendly. We found the waterfront a little weedy, but we had enough floaties and paddleboards to take us out a bit so we could enjoy a weed-free swim - and the water was particularly warm! The cottage also has a paddleboard and other fun water toys if you don't have your own. There were so many outdoor spots to enjoy, both in the sun and in the shade. We spent countless hours outside during the day and at night (by the fire!). While you feel like you’re away from it all, you’re still super close to amenities and can easily stock up on anything you might need. There’s also a delicious ice cream place within a five-minute drive!Great find!

Accommodations were too notch! Rooms, bathroom and living areas were clean and very presentable. The view across the lake was to die for especially during sunrise and sunset. Would strongest suggest for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
