Little Dunbar Cottage is a delightful home featuring an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower and bathroom, respectively. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden with picnic bench, along with ample off-road parking. Within 3.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. The nearby Criffel Hill rises to 569m, offers wonderful views of the farmland and the sands of the Nith Estuary below, and provides great walking opportunities. The Southerness Championship Golf Course adjoins the village and offers panoramic views of the Solway Firth, the Cumbrian Lake District to the south and the Galloway Hills to the west. A great location, with something to keep everybody occupied.
