The property has 1 x standard double and 1 X small double bedrooms with TVs, sleeping four, along with a family bathroom with shower over bath, a kitchen, sun room and a living/dining room with an electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars, along with a pretty front garden with colourful plants and a decking area with a bench, as well as a rear astro turfed area with outdoor furniture. Sandpiper is a charming holiday property close to the beach in the Dumfries & Galloway region of Scotland.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs, 1 x Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front garden with decking and seating area, astro turfed rear garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The nearby Criffel Hill rises to 569m, offers wonderful views of the farmland and the sands of the Nith Estuary below, and provides great walking opportunities. The Southerness Championship Golf Course adjoins the village and offers panoramic views of the Solway Firth.
