The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is clean and well equipped, it has plenty of little spaces to tuck into and relax or gather and socialize with the family. Just a few scant minutes from the downtown area but away from the noise. I was disappointed that they don’t allow golf carts, but traffic from there to downtown would’ve made it dangerous anyway. I would certainly recommend it!
