Our three night stay celebrating father's birthday was fabulous. The host had set up a fancy dining table to accomodate the entire group. Thank you! The house was clean and recently renovated so everything felt so fresh.
Kitchen was huge and everything worked perfectly! There were tons of pots and pans, glasses, cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. Everything was clean and working flawlessly.
But as nothing in this world is not perfect we found some things that could have been better.
In the kitchen I would have added a hand held mixer and ladles or serving spoons. Also a couple serving bowls would have been handy to have. And a few more dishwasher tablets than three would have been good since we had 12 people there for three nights. Bedroom doors would have not creaked and woken others up, and laundry machine would not stop randomly with an error code when the water pressure dropped.
Maybe the worst fault was that the description said it would accommodate 12 but to be fair, it only had beds and beddings for eight plus two extra beds plus a inflatable bed in a closet with only one extra set of beddings... I felt sorry for my tall adult boys that needed to sleep their clothes on because throw blankets were just not enough...
But our overall experience was great and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely home on the water. It was nice to watch the tide come in. There is plenty of space for everyone to hang out and the game room areas are a nice addition. The home is nicely remodeled and very clean. We really enjoyed our time there.
