About this house rental
Located in Cléguérec, just 15 minutes from Guerlédan and ideally situated for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan, the Atypical Loft in a Former Stable offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. This 200 m² property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children. Relax on the outdoor terrace and enjoy your private garden. On the south-facing wooden deck, near the horses and your private walking trail, you can share memorable moments with family or friends. Shared Wi-Fi is available.
For a full experience, you can visit the farm, use the available bikes, discover the potato production workshops, observe the animals (chickens, horse, sheep, etc.), and enjoy a welcome basket with vegetables from the garden. Homemade organic apple juice is also offered.
You have access to shared outdoor spaces and a barbecue. A spa with jacuzzi is available for your well-being. Access to the jacuzzi is available for an extra fee, determined on site depending on usage and season. Maximum capacity: 2 adults. Children under 10 are not allowed in the jacuzzi.
A parking space is provided on the property, and a carport is available for your bikes or motorcycles.
Dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowed. The garden is not fenced.
Cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental. We kindly ask you to leave the property as you found it. If you prefer, a cleaning package is available for an extra fee. Bed linens can also be provided for an extra fee.
This property does not have air conditioning. Due to the granite walls, installing an air extraction system is not possible.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille dans ce loft. le lieu est très agréable, calme , reposant et bien placé pour découvrir la Bretagne. excellent accueil de l'hôte isabelle qui est aux petits soins pour ses invités.
Que du bonheur je recommande.

Pros: Endroit calme et paisible, logement très charmant idéal pour déconnecter. Le jacuzzi est un réel plus.
Isabelle est très agréable, à l'écoute et disponible. elle nous à même conseillé beaucoup d'activité à faire dans le coin.
