Goin' Coastal is approximately 10 minutes and 4.3 miles to NAS Pensacola West Gate and about 63 minutes and 38.7 miles to NAS Whiting Field.
GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We usually cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
We have a keyless entry, and a code will be sent before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet. For parking, please park your vehicle in the space marked #16. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' parking spaces.
Other Things to Note:
At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.

Our family was in town from 30 May- 3 June for my daughter's graduation from the naval base in Pensacola. As we were planning our trip, we looked at numerous rentals before finally selecting Goin' Coastal. From the moment we arrived, we were so glad that we selected the right home for our stay, as the attention to detail is obvious from the moment you pull into the driveway. Everything was meticulously maintained from the lawn to the interior! The home is in close proximity to stores and restaurants and was clean and spacious with about everything that you could possibly need (within reason) provided.
There was even a cute basket for our furry family member, containing extra puppy pads, a lint roller, furniture cover and a tag that could be scanned for local pet friendly activities!
If you're looking to visit the Pensacola/Warrington area, I would highly recommend this property.
We thought so highly of it that we have recommended it to my daughter's friends at the naval base for their family visits!

Home was clean and had anything you would need for a longer stay. Living room furniture and master bed need to be replaced. The subdivision the home is located in is nice, but the area of Pensacola isn't great. Quick access to base and not too far from downtown Pensacola.

Other than a few minor issues with cleanliness, this rental was perfect. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the available TVs in each room. All the appliances were in working condition and we used them well. The check-in/out process was the absolute easiest process we’ve encountered throughout the many vacation rentals we’ve had. Highly recommend.

We came last minute evacuating from a SW FL hurricane and had a delightful stay! Just as advertised. And the little extras like the kids’ sailboat bed and games were very welcomed.
