About this cottage rental
This property of 120 m2 and its grounds of 800 m2 whose access and facilities are private, can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. Located on the borders of Périgord and Angoumois, you will be 30 minutes from Angoulême. Secure parking on site.
On the ground floor:
You will enter the fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy a large living / dining room with large flat screen and wifi.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
- 1 large bathroom with shower and double sink
- 1 separate WC
On the 1st floor:
- 3 large bedrooms, one with 1 180 cm bed + 1 90 cm bed, another with 1 200 cm*200 bed and a last one with a 160 cm bed.
- a bathroom with shower in one of the bedrooms
- a separate WC
Outside, an enclosed space furnished with many facilities: swimming pool, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, garden furniture, ping pong table. A closed barn will allow you to store bicycles and motorcycles in safety and shelter.
The little extra: Pets are allowed. However, a supplement of €40/animal is requested for specific cleaning upon departure.
The La Conciergerie de Laura team will provide you with: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels, an eco-responsible welcome kit with essential products such as local oil and vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, soap, toilet paper and a few capsules of coffee and tea to start your stay.

Le gite est superbe, au milieu de nulle part comme nous le souhaitions, dans le calme absolu.
Nous avons pu y admirer les étoiles (il y a même un télescope) en prenant un bain dans la piscine.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Il y a de petits villages aux alentours pour faire ses courses ou aller au restaurant et il y a un barbecue au gite.
