About this house rental
Charming family home of 380m2 in a park of 2 hectares, isolated in the countryside, a few kilometers from a lively village.
The house is made up of 3 parts:
- the Big House with a double bedroom, bathroom (bath, WC). Large living room, large dining room, large kitchen, billiard room/office, WC.
- the Pigeonnier accessible from the Grande maison. A double bedroom + baby bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, a large bathroom (bath, shower, toilet).
- les Chèvrefeuilles accessible from the outside, 1 double bedroom with bathroom (shower, WC), 1 bedroom with 2 beds + cot, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms (shower, WC). Living room, dining room.
10m / 5m swimming pool built in 2022, secured by an electric shutter.
Several furnished terraces, garden furniture, table football, English billiards, darts, petanque, volleyball, barbecue.
Baby high chair, folding bed.
Near Brantome, Aubeterre, Périgueux, Verteillac, very beautiful and dynamic region with many activities nearby.
Bed linen is provided but not towels and pool towels.
Mandatory cleaning fee of 200€ to be added to the rental price, to be paid on arrival.
School holidays, minimum one-week rental.
Other periods: 3 nights minimum.
