The Absolute Quintessential Australian Beach Cottage situated in the Exclusive Freshwater Basin. This home is situated in the most ideal position for a perfect Holiday. Under a 5 minute walk to Freshwater Beach which is all flat walking. This is so important to note as majority of the area in Freshwater, Queenscliffe and Curl Curl are hilly and steep so not much fun getting to and from Beach. This home is also perfectly located within a 5 minute walk to Freshwater shops which has over 7 restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store for all your shopping needs. There are also two coffee shops within a 20 steps from house! This house is perfect for a family as it’s ideal walking to everything there is also a local bus service that can take you to city and back only a 4 minutes walk from house.There is a big grassed backyard and a XL Trampoline. A large back deck with built in heated spa. Outdoor Covered Dining area & BBQ area. Offstreet parking for 3 cars.

The house is lovely and is exactly as described and the position is perfect. Walking to the shops or beach is very easy. We particularly enjoyed being able to have a spa after a day of the beach.
