HostnFly offers you this beautiful apartment with a beautiful terrace, in the heart of the 7th, located on the 1st floor with elevator of a luxury residence. It is ideally located 100 meters from the Eiffel Tower, the Seine and the Champs de Mars, you will be in the heart of Paris.
For any arrival between 22h and 00h, a supplement will be requested.

## Logement
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed ;
- two bathrooms;
- an open, fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining room ;
- and a lounge area for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate :
- its brightness (double glazing) ;
- its calm (janitor in the building);
- its 25 m² sunny terrace (with garden furniture for aperitifs and dinners);
- its location (in a pleasant district, right in the center of Paris, a stone's throw from many museums and restaurants).
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Iron, Washing machine, Wifi.
The apartment is close to the "Pont de l'Alma" metro station.
You'll find a Franprix supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.

## Emplacement
The 7th arrondissement is a quiet, luxury family-friendly district. It's home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the world's most famous monuments, as well as numerous administrative buildings and seats of power (Assemblée Nationale, several ministries, embassies etc.) Finally, it's home to some of the capital's wealthiest people. Faubourg Saint Germain dates back to the 18th century and still boasts some remarkable architecture. It's also within easy reach of the Latin Quarter (Mabillon, Odéon) and the Louvre Museum. Go shopping on the Champs Elysées (15 minutes on foot) via Pont Alexandre 3, or stroll through the Marais district (25 minutes by metro) ...

The property is excellent on every criterion. A bright and clean property, bright and airy, well equipped kitchen. Quiet yet in the midst of a neighborhood filled with a bustling variety of shops, cafes, bistros, And a bonus unusual for a short term rental--the neighbors and concierge are warm and friendly and happy to engage in conversation. Thumbs up on this one.

Simply the place is located well for walking everywhere in Paris. Unfortunately, that means it has a very busy road/walkway on the bedrooms side, which means when windows are open sleep is hard and you need windows for cooling. Also, the place wasn’t very clean. The old wood floors are separating and the cracks are full of dirt. The other furniture didn’t really feel clean. Lastly, we received a fair amount of bug bites in 2 of the bedrooms, which we believe were bed bugs. Lastly, the manager is fairly typical French, a little rude until he meets you. Overall, not our favorite spot of the 3 places we stayed on this trip. Not bad but could be better.
