Apartment was clean and nice. The area of town of the property can be concerning for some people. Also, exterior landscaping needs work.

Our unit was clean neat and tidy. Proximity to our event was great. On site secure parking provided. Communication with Host was prompt and very helpful to us.

I had trouble finding which apartment it actually was. The inside of the unit was nice, but the surrounding are was not and this basically was a place for us to sleep only. I do not think that I would stay here again, but options were limited with so many events that weekend in Houston.
