It was a very nice place that worked perfect for us. I would highly recommend.

We arrived an hour and 5 minutes after check-in time and hadn't received instructions. I reached out and got a prompt response that it was before check-in time, but the cleaners were gone, so I could go in early. I pointed out the time, and the error was attributed to the recent time change, which still would have put me there after the check-in time, but easy enough to overcome.The neighborhood is going through some changes, and there are overgrown vacant lots all around the townhome. The welcome book made mention of the beautiful views in the morning, so I am wondering if the person who wrote it ever went to this home. A previous reviewer mentioned being able to walk to shops. The only shops nearby are a corner store and a smoke shop. On 2 of our 3 nights, a dog was outside barking into the early morning hours.The welcome book gave instructions for the alarm system, which wasn't working when we were there When I notified the owner, it didn't seem like it was new news.Comfort was adequate. I was grateful to have 3 rooms for our family to spread out, it was clean. The appliances were new. The beds weren't terrible, but the sheets were polyester with a plastic mattress cover directly under them, making for a hot, crinkly, sticky night. There were enough dishes and coffee cups, but only 3 forks. Luckily, there were only 3 of us, so we didn't have to eat in shifts. I didn't cook much, but it would be hard with what was there for a family.Overall, fine, but not great.
