Small Dog Friendly less than 20 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Dog must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet (1 pet max in the studio apartment) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Dogs must be cleaned up after on the immediate grounds surrounding the building, we would encourage you to walk your dog in the wooded areas away from the building. Dog must not be disruptive to other residents & guests. So if your pup is a barker when it hears noises, this would not be the best place for you to stay! Thanks for your consideration.
There is a nearby parking lot for trailers, RV's or boat parking during your stay.
You will enter thru the Guard Gate and there will be ID Verification upon arrival. Be sure to be prepared to provide that. Parking is in the open lot in front of the building, spots are first come, first served. This studio apartment is on the 1st floor, no stairs required.
The building is a combination of long term & short term rentals. Quiet Hours are daily between 10pm and 7am. Please be courteous of your fellow neighbors.
**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Minut Monitoring as noted in the booking agreement.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.

We love the location. It was centrally located within 10 minutes to both my sons and family and I know all the places around because my families in Middleburg and I come down once or twice a year. I would love to stay here again. The only complaint I had was getting in and out of the gate there showing drivers license asking address what apartment number they should just give us a guest pass which they did and they put it in the window and they still want the drivers license go through the guest list check our IDs it’s a PIA.

The hosts are great to work with. We encountered a very small issue with our first unit on the first night, so the hosts moved us to their other unit and comped us an additional night. That allowed us to get all of our work done on our boat for launch!!
