The Groveland Guesthouse was exactly as pictured, spacious and clean. The property is private and serene, we enjoyed the back deck and the view of the trees. Brent and Bethany are wonderful hosts, we enjoyed the thoughtful touches of fresh eggs and local popcorn. The house is decorated so nicely, I loved the bed linens and the vintage accents. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

We had a great stay. House was clean and things were labeled which is super helpful. The place was spacious. For our family of five it was fantastic.

We are 4 teachers who stayed here while attending a conference in Peoria. The house was lovely - we each had our own bedroom and a very nice kitchen and family room to share. It was literally an easy 15 minute drive to the civic center downtown. The price made it cost effective-we saved money compared to each having a hotel room for 3 nights. Definitely hoping to be back next year!
