The Space:

• There is a one bedroom and walk in shower with a bench on the main floor.

• All other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor.

• There are three elongated stairs to enter the property from the front door. These are navigable with a walker or crutches.

• Please note that guests do not have access to the mailbox. If you plan to ship items to the property, only UPS and FedEx deliveries are allowed.

• To ensure the comfort and quality of your stay, our property is designed to accommodate up to 16 guests. For each additional guest beyond the sixteenth, there will be an extra guest fee of $20 per night. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing additional amenities and maintaining a high standard of service for all guests.

• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes. This process ensures the safety and security of our guests and property. Please rest assured that all submitted information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

• Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise violations will be charged accordingly

• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking an entire home if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews

• Items left behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, the cost may vary accordingly

• NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the property. This is strictly enforced. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $250 charge for lingering interior smoke smell

• We would respectfully ask that you help us protect the tree that is in the backyard. It is under application to be the largest of its kind in the state of Illinois. We would greatly appreciate it if you could keep people from climbing on it.

• Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel, and treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7

• Please note that periodic maintenance visits, including services like pest control, landscaping, and trash collection, may occur during your stay. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.

• Please note that all calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. In agreeing to these conditions, you give consent to the recording of calls made to and from our offices and employees.

• You consent to receive documents electronically, which will enable us to request for you to e-approve/e-sign documents that require submission

• There is a camera monitoring the tree, please do not climb on the tree.
