About this house rental
Situated in the middle of the ski slopes, our rental provides convenient access to the world-class ski slopes of Park City Resort. Step outside, and you'll find yourself just moments away from the ski lifts, making it a haven for ski enthusiasts seeking the thrill of the slopes and the beauty of the mountainous landscape. This picturesque rental offers a delightful and memorable stay for your ski vacation or mountain retreat.

Bedrooms:
The bedrooms exude comfort and tranquility, with soft, luxurious linens and tasteful decor, and hideaway tv. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a peaceful night's rest after a day of adventure. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and desk situated near the window for natural light and views.
Bunk Room:
Equipped with six queen beds, comfortable bunk beds and cheerful decor, it's an excellent retreat for the young ones or groups comfortable sharing a room. Our large bunk room offers a fun and inviting space to rest and recharge. The connected bathroom has two showers, two toilets, and four sinks, provides plenty of space.
Recreation Facilities:
As a unique feature, this ski house boasts a racquetball sports court with basketball hoop, you can engage in friendly competitions and keep active even off the slopes. On the same level as the sport court, the living space / game room features a ping pong table, billiards, couch and tv.
Additionally, a private theater awaits you, providing a cinematic experience right at your fingertips. Gather for movie nights to enjoy your favorite films in comfort.
Living Spaces:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living room features large windows that frame stunning mountain views and fill the room with natural light. After a day on the slopes, cozy up on the plush sofas or gather around the fireplace to share stories and laughter.
Every room has built in Sonos speakers, for easy music in the whole house. Set the mood for each area individually, or have the same so can listen wherever you are.
Kitchen and Dining:
The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare hearty meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming dining area with a large table with seating for ten plus bar table for an additional three, perfect for relishing delicious dinners with family and friends.

This was an absolute amazing home and location. Anyone fortunate enough to book this home should! Make sure the elevator is working if you need it because if not it’ll require a lot of steps!

We have stayed in this home multiple times. It’s a great home for one or two families with children. It is spacious and well maintained. In addition to ski in/out, there are many things to enjoy - indoor sport court, pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, movie theater, outdoor entertaining area… We love to stay here and hope to return soon. The property manager, MJ, is excellent and very helpful. I highly recommend this property.

We have stayed at this home for the last four years and will be back again next year. It’s a great size for our family of four with an office space for remote work. (Although can accommodate many more people in the bunk room.) Sylvia and MJ are incredibly helpful and responded quickly and immediately to anything and everything. The house is clean, well-equipped, and the downstairs sports court, ping pong and pool table were great for family fun. The location is also beautiful - right in the mountains and very private. We love staying here every year.

True luxury on mt property. MJ was a great host and quick to answer when needed. Everything was top notch and our trip was more enjoyable as a result. We will be back!
