This property is not downtown, but out to the southeast of DC. The metro subway is only a few blocks and has a parking area. We found it easy to get to and the metro took us everywhere we wanted to go!

Stayed through Thanksgiving 2024. Let's start with the PROS... it was a beautiful recently built,strong structured, townhome. There were many outlets & recessed lighting fixture in every room making everything look beautiful. CONS. I had to reach out to the property owner for access to the property at check-in after not hearing from her. The place was not ready to enter due to the cleaners not showing. Family of 5 from out of town couldn't checkin until 3 hours later. I was monetarily compensated for the inconvenience. The advertisement of the property displayed a backyard, but it was inaccessible with a wall that block the access to it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! When we got in, we noticed the internet was out. I connected the owner, who couldn't report it until the next day. Call it bad timing, but it still sucked to have your family in the house w/o internet and all of the TVs required it to work. 1 of the 3 BDRMs didn't have a TV and of the 2 that did, there was no Firestick power cable in 1 so that TV was useless. After the internet was working (halfway through the last day) we noticed the remote to the LVRM TV didn't work, so that TV was useless also. There were 3 toilets and 1 spare roll of toilet paper, the kitchen had no paper towels, used sponges, broken handle to the Airfyer door, dishwasher with no detergent, & old cooking utensils that melted into the food. Checkout was moved up an hour, so a late checkin & an early checkout was upsetting. The stay wasn't comfort
