BRIVIBAS RESIDENCE - STONES, free PRIVATE parking, free WIFI, self check-in

The property is in a very convenient location. There are several units in the building, and we stayed in the largest one with three bedrooms. It had almost everything we needed and was quite clean. A nice extra is the drinking water tap, which was very convenient. The property also has parking, which is especially important for travelers arriving by car in Riga. Overall, it is a good option for a short stay or for people traveling light without a lot of luggage.

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms; the only air conditioner is in the corridor on the second floor. The windows on one side face the road, and on the other side they face an office building directly across. Because of the noise, it is difficult to keep the windows open, so the rooms can feel quite stuffy. For a stay longer than one night, the property is not very convenient because there are no wardrobes or proper storage spaces. We stayed for three nights as a family of five with children, and all our clothes had to stay in the suitcases. The kitchen also lacks some basic things. There is no microwave, which was quite surprising. There is a washing machine, but no drying rack. They do provide a baby crib and a high chair, which was useful. However, there was no basic broom or mop to clean up after a toddler. Overall, the property may be fine for a short stay, but for a family staying several nights, these missing basics made it much less comfortable.
