Morph Bed and Breakfast

It is a very modern building with a well appointed apartment. There was more room than necessary for a single traveler. It is located in the historic La Candelaria area of Bogotá. The very high bed was a bit unusual. I can see that it was done that way to allow a second bed to be stored underneath.

My difficulty was that there was no explanation of how to ensure that the modem was working for Wi-Fi. When I was finally able to establish direct communication with my host Heidy Cruz, my stay was much better. Heidy was very pleasant and helpful when we finally connected. Much of this problem of communication is because my cellular phone coverage was not always working. So I didn’t get the instructions in advance. Payment was also very difficult to complete. Payment instructions must be clear in advance to prevent last minute scrambling to pay. This was difficult and unpleasant. I also recommend more written instruction in the apartment. These instructions could welcome a new guest, point out where additional towels and blankets are located, and to ensure that the modem is plugged in and what the password is.
