The location is great, and the fact that it has an underground parking spot came as a godsend especially on the scorching hot days. Also a nice touch to have a PlayStation for the rainy nights. But the real MVP is the upper floor and the terrace, having the coffee with the look was just amazing. Rooms and all in all the apartment was clean and modern looking, the kitchen was well established.
The shower in the basement has the Ol'English no-mix tap, slightly inconvenient but manageable, problem was that the tap handles were constantly falling so sometimes ended up with way too hot, or way too cold water, with the thing in my hand, felt like I was in an old burlesque movie scene. The stairs from the basement to the ground floor is tricky and squeaky - again something more just on the inconvenience side not a show stopper.

The apartment was really beautiful, comfortable, with an amazing view, and the price was very reasonable
The downsides were that there was no trash bin everywhere, I couldn’t find a hairdryer, check-in was late, and check-out was very early.

Las vistas espectaculares, el apartamento muy moderno y bien mantenido. La calefacción muy confortable. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos unas botellas de vino. A 15 minutos andando de Chamonix pueblo por un sendero muy bonito.
La urbanización preciosa y muy tranquila.

Sería práctico disponer de un microondas.
