Le logement est grand, très propre, idéalement situé au centre de Bellême, charmante petite ville du Perche
Il manque une table de cuisine digne de ce nom (seulement un îlot central de cuisine avec des chaises hautes type bar) pour un sejour prolongé. Et il n'y a qu'une salle de bains avec toilette non séparée ce qui est un peu court si on doit partager entre amis.

C’est l’entrée de bâtiment qui est en mauvaise état comme la porte ne s’ouvre pas complètement et les tuyauteries dans l’entrée

Duplex très agréable, bien rénové, en plein centre de Bellême. Appartement très calme et bien équipé.
Si on veut l'utiliser pour 5 personnes, bien s'assurer que les personnes ne sont pas trop grandes (sinon gare à la tête dans l'escalier pour monter à l'étage) ni à mobilité réduite. Parfait pour un couple à l'étage 1 et les enfants (à l'étage 2).
