Ty Croeso-Entire villa with sea view

Firstly I would like to start with the communication with Nayara and Roy was brilliant, understanding our different arrival times, and greeted us with a very warm welcome. The next morning we got to see the beautiful villa and the view from the balcony was amazing overlooking Calpe and the Ifach rock nestling into the sea.We sat having breakfast in the morning sun with the pool to one side looking so inviting. The villa is outstanding, from the gated driveway leading to a garage which had a fun area and bar. Stairs up to a fully functional kitchen with an island with all amenities you could ask for. A welcome pack of wine , beer and snacks. The lounge with a massive TV for that cinema experience, a sofa and chairs enough 6+ people. A dining area overlooking the pool. Upstairs 3 good sized bedrooms, en-suite and bathroom. Outside a well equipped kitchen BBQ , sink, shower and toilet with areas of seating. Grapevines along with passion fruit and orange trees ornate the rear.The pool was big enough to swim a few lengths, along with 5 sunbeds to lay and sunbathe. All in all we had a fantastic time at Ty Croeso villa with a week of great memories. Thank you Nayara and Roy☀️😁👍

There's nothing to dislike about the villa it was spotless, bright and clean.

Nayara et Roy sont les propriétaires de cette magnifique maison avec une vue direct sur le Penon. Ils vous y accueilleront avec sympathie et l'envie de bien faire ainsi qu'avec un apéritif de bien venu. Lors de la visite vous constaterez immédiatement la qualité du mobilier et le bon goût de la décoration. Son équipement au niveau de l'électroménager est exceptionnel, il ne manque absolument rien. La cuisine extérieur et génial. Il y a de multiples terrasses et vous trouverez toujours un coins ombragés. Ils s'occupent eux même de l'entretien de la piscine et des draps. Vous pourrez compter sur eux pour vous conseillez de bonnes adresses de restauration.
