Courtyard Off Madison Square

Great central location . Lovely small courtyard to sit outside in morning having coffee. Loved the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Perfectly set up for cooking home if you didn’t feel like going out for breakfast or any meal for that matter.

Maybe clean up overgrowth inside courtyard area. Maybe some pebbles/rocks around decorative statues and less ferns/weeds to keep crawling bugs away.

So comfortable. Only thing as an English person was I would have liked there to be a kettle. But that’s only a small thing. The owners are so nice and location and comfiness were perfect. Right next to E Shavers bookstore too! Nice place to hang out. And not too far a walk from River Street. Felt reasonable. Highly recommend Coffee Fox on the way down there, lovely place to relax for a bit.

Could move from good to excellent with a few upgrades Kitchen utensils, silverware, dinnerware very sparse Bathroom sink faucet needs aeration filter. Water splashes out Paper products….toilet tissue n paper towels very cheap reflecting poorly on overall quality of accommodation
