Renovated Near My Khe Beach Cozy and Quiet Rooms Boutique Apartment

I had a wonderful stay at Qi Homestay and would happily stay here again. It has everything you need for a comfortable visit, and the location is fantastic—just an easy 8-minute walk straight to the beach. It’s also conveniently located above Little Mango, which serves some of the most delicious smoothies and snacks. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The free laundry facilities were a huge bonus, especially for travellers, and the balcony was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay with genuinely lovely hosts, I highly recommend Qi Homestay.

Spacious, natural light, 15 min walk to the beach

Unfortunately, the comments about the noise are true. You need to prepare yourself with both earplugs and an eye mask (it doesn’t get fully dark) before sleeping here. If you do, it’s tolerable. In general the apartment is okay but both features that made this stand out in my opinion, the kitchen and the balcony, were not usable. You can’t use the stove because the pots are not induction. The balcony is facing the street and has no shade. As others have mentioned, the bathroom has no ventilation. All in all, it’s an okay place to stay. However, if the owner would invest in sound-proofing both the windows and the door to the hallway, it could be amazing.

Le logement était très agréable et conforme aux photos. Le personnel discret et charmant. La localisation est parfaite ( près du centre touristique mais légèrement en retrait et proche de nombreux commerces et restaurants plus locaux). J'ai un peu travaillé et le WIFI était parfait également. Il est par ailleurs très pratique d'avoir un frigo et accès aux machines à laver. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil !

S'il fallait trouver des points négatifs : l'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée et le lavabo de la salle de bain peu pratique ( à cause du meuble juste au dessus, il est difficile de se laver le visage). Mais il s'agit vraiment de détails.

I really liked the design of this place. The windows look like they might be original (though I’m not sure), but they definitely add a lot of charm to the room. The location was also a big plus—very close to the center, but the apartment itself is in a fairly quiet area. There’s some construction nearby, but it didn’t really bother us. There were plenty of outlets, which was really convenient. I also liked the small lounge chair next to the bed—it made the space feel extra cozy. The kitchen was spacious, which was nice. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable place

At the beginning of our stay, there was an issue with dust, most likely construction dust. However, the host responded quickly and took care of it, which we really appreciated. There’s a slight smell in the bathroom, and some mold starting to appear. The sink is also quite inconvenient—you can’t stand close to it. Replacing the built-in mirror cabinet with a flat mirror would make the space much more comfortable, there is enough storage in the bottom drawer under the sink. The windows are beautiful but not soundproof, so earplugs might be useful for light sleepers. Also, in the second-floor room, the left window (facing the balcony) has a gap where light comes through—some blinds would make it more comfortable in the morning.
