The room was very large and modern and the staff were very friendly and beyond helpful, they helped me book an onward coach to Hue and suggested ways I might make the most of the experience whilst there.

Great location. The area isn't the tidiest, with a few construction sites nearby, but nights were always quiet — no noise, no traffic, very restful sleep. Host and staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The host in particular was always in remarkably good spirits, embodying that renowned Vietnamese hospitality Europeans often speak of — the kind not always a given in everyday travel. The room was reasonably easy to reach, with an elevator available, and check-in/out was hassle-free. The room itself was spotless — even the bed sheets were stain-free. Not an easy feat given the temperatures, yet there was no musty smell, no mold, nothing of the sort — just an impeccably clean room of compact size that instantly felt comfortable. The shower had great pressure and temperature, and the toilet felt brand new. The air conditioning worked flawlessly (and was clean!), and the blackout curtains made for wonderfully restful sleep.An absolute recommendation in terms of value for money. There was also a washing machine and dryer available for free use on the rooftop. Dozens of cafés, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance (as long as you're not too much of a couch potato).
