Cuisine et salle d'eau fonctionnelles, réactivité du propriétaire, literie confortable.
L'odeur de renfermé ou de remontées d'égouts, l'ajout d'un extracteur d'air bruyant et continu juste au dessus de la tête de lit, isolation phonique inexistante, taxe de séjour plus élevée qu'annoncé sur le site (pas mis à jour suite à la hausse de l'état), frais de 20€ pour arrivée après 19h alors que les clés sont à récupérer dans une keybox. Petit déjeuner inclut => biscottes, Nutella et confiture en portions individuelles et croissants dans un emballage plastique = petit déjeuner Italien-Americain ? De notre côté c'était mieux que rien car départ à 4h30 du matin mais c'est trompeur. Aeroport indiqué à 9min à pieds => 20min en réalité. Dommage car avec peu d'efforts la note pourrait largement remonter. Message envoyé au propriétaire dans une démarche de suggestion d'améliorations resté sans réponse ce qui peut indiquer un manque de considération notable pour les visiteurs.
