L'appartement est bien situé, face au port. L'appartement est lumineux et bien agencé. La décoration est reposante et il est propre et fonctionnel. Il est composé d'une suite parentale avec salle de bain + Clim (nous avons beaucoup appréciés), d'une trés petite chambre avec un lit superposé et des rangements (ma mère à appréciée également), d'une pièce à vivre contenant le salon et la cuisine (trés spacieux), d'une autre salle de bain (gros plus) et d'un balcon que nous avons fortement apprécié (jusqu'à 12h00/13h00, il y a de l'ombre, on peut manger dehors).
La machine à café fonctionne mal, il faudrait la détartrer. Pas de machine à laver, trés mauvais point, cela fait un coût supplémentaire sur les vacances et du temps en moins sur le farniente puisqu'il faut aller à la laverie. Pas d'etendoir alors que c'était inscrit sur l'annonce. Manque une penderie pour les chemises et les robes afin qu'elles ne soient pas froissées.
