The actual property was really cool. Nice layout, it looked nice, and we were given comprehensive instructions on the stay. And it was station-accessible and there's a major tourist destination just a 5 minute walk away. Despite this, the actual stay itself was quiet and comfy.

The only real complaint of ours was that the door locks on each of the upper and lower floors (once inside, not the front door lock). At one point late at night, we returned from out day and the bottom floor door was locked and couldn't be opened with a code. We had to actually call the host, who thankfully was able to send a maintenance technician to come over try a few things for about half an hour and realized that the buttons were jammed and just forced them to work. In the end, after a couple hours, we were able to resolve the issue and the host was very responsive and understanding about it.

非常幽静的地方，离新今宫、动物园前地铁站不远，附近有两家FAMILYMART，还是很方便的，设施很新，有设计感，孩子特别喜欢。发邮件回复特别及时，很快解决了问题

1、二楼楼梯扶手处对小孩子有些危险，空挡太大了，希望能加一些栏杆。 2、网络不太稳定，二楼尽头的房间基本网络覆盖不到。 3、因为是儿童非常喜欢的户型，希望能准备一些儿童用品。 4、希望能根据入住人数和时长，协助清理一下垃圾。
