Modern Penthouse @ Sandcastles

Very happy overall, no complaints, in the centre of the town, free beach access behind the building and friendly staffs.

No complaints at all.

I like the space and modern facilities. Loved the balcony upstairs, Television, fan and ac in each room, The decoration

There is no mirror chest or dresser in bedroom down stairs to put anything. Only on one bedside table. Its on the way on third floor, no lift. Bed lamp not working. No communication with host, no response to any messages sent via booking.com, and I had to get number from email to contact host. Other than that, everything else is perfect. No access to beach as there is no staff at reception until after 12, hence no one to give us the beach pass. Really wanted a ⁿ

Property was cleaned and right in the center of the attractions.

It rained one night and the upstairs bedroom was leaking, I moved the bed to one corner and it was leaking there too so I had to move it back.

The location, modern, clean.

Lack of communication from the owner. When we contacted the agent for house keeping or fresh towels it took at least 2 days for them to respond, I would have to repeatedly call them. One day they dropped off 3 towels and said that was all they had clean, they said they would return the next day with more, guess what they didn’t. When it rained it flooded from upstairs to the bottom through the ceiling, we had to use the fresh towels they had just brought us to soak up the water, you seriously needed an umbrella inside it was that bad.At no stage did the owner contact us to discuss the issues or apologise, I’ve stayed at Sandcastles many times, never received this kind of poor treatment, I will be finding somewhere else next time. The owner is just interested in taking your money and not giving a good service.
