Beautiful spacious property with an outsdide communal pool Clean modern enough space to have some alone time Nice ground floor for family fun, with a back garden Host easy to contact and ready to assist
Host requsted AC not be lowered below 24c Refrigerator very warm had to place beverages in the freezer section. Hot water in kitchen dangerously hot Would be nice to have a few bottles of water tea coffe sugar to welcome guest A bit of a wait for my holding deposit to be returned

The host and caretakers sent any needed information to me before check in and kept in contact with me throughout our entire stay. It was nice that a door code was provided and the gate security was there for any other issues.
There were little issues that weren't the hosts' problem, but it did make our stay a Lil inconvenient. The toilet and sinks in the primary suite had a drainage issue, but that was fixed right away. And some of the towels and sheets need to be thrown away and refreshed, but we were provided with fresh ones.

The property was exactly as described…modern, spacious, and spotless. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the decor made it feel like home. The gated community felt very safe, and the location was perfect for exploring Ocho Rios. Host was an amazing and very attentive! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
Nothing major, everything was well kept and welcoming.
