הצוות היה מקסים! ממש יוצא דופן. עסק משפחתי, פרנצסקו ענה לנו לכל שאלה במסירות ואדיבות וממש דאג שיהיה לנו נוח וטוב. מהרגע הראשון שאל וניסה לעזור בכל חלק - בתחבורה ציבורית, בהזמנת מוניות וכו׳. אם נחזור לקאפרי נחזור אליהם! היו ממש מדהימים. המקום נקי ומעוצב מאוד יפה, באזור יחסית מרכזי - תחנת האוטובוס הראשונה ממש קרובה. 10 דק הליכה למרכז.

המבנה הוא מן חלל משותף שבתוכו יש חדרים - ככה שהחדרים בלי חלונות אלא עם זכוכית לחלל המשותף (שאפשר להוריד עם תריס חשמלי) - שזה קצת מוזר אבל מתרגלים. הזרם במקלחת לא מאוד חזק.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa em Alle Stelle. Francesco e sua mãe Loredana são super anfitriões. Um B&B familiar numa casa reformada, confortável e aconchegante, impecavelmente limpa, com tudo preparado carinhosamente e com zelo. Nos deram preciosas dicas e informações sobre a ilha. Localizada numa área tranquila e muito segura, a curta distância à pé do centro de Anacapri. Nos sentimos acolhidos e em casa. Nossa escolha foi acertada. O quarto foi perfeito e tinha tudo na medida certa para uma estadia confortável. Roupa de banho e cama de qualidade. Uma cama maravilhosa, itens fundamentais numa viagem. Nota-se em cada detalhe o quanto de carinho e afeto eles colocam no seu negócio.

As it’s a quite new structure, it seemed some lack of experience on its management. The responsible guy for the reservations & check in, although polite, he wasn’t proactive to write to us before our arrival with all the necessary info - he did so only after our message to ask wether they could organize a transfer service. If he would have been proactive at a reasonable time before arrival, we could have organized ourselves much better avoiding losing 2 hours. Rooms lack good soundproofing. Suggestion: for safety reasons it would be wiser if doors could be opened from the inner side without necessarily the use of the key.
