كثرة الحشرات وضعف الكهرباء بحيث لاتشتغل السخانة والمكيف والبوتجاز في وقت واحد . ايضا لايوجد شطاف . والدرج خشبي صعب على كبار السن او اصحاب البدانة

الهدوء والخصوصية ،، البيت كبير وفيه حديقة خاصة ومطل على النهر
كانت فيه مشكلة بسيطة بالكهرباء ماهي عائق وممكن تكون مشكلة طارئة

منزل جميل على ضفت نهر ، محاطاً بحديقة غناء فيها مجموعة من شجر التفاح والكمثرى وانواع من الورود، يعود الى عائلة مسلمة ، نظيف جداً وفيه مطبخ متكامل، ومكان للشواء في حديقته المسؤولة عنه ابنتهم ديانا جداً محترمة ومتعاونة ومساعدة في تقديم المعلومات عن المنطقة المحيطة من مطاعم واماكن سياحية
