قرب الفيلا من النهر ونظافة المكان ومناسبه للعوائل من ناحية وفرة الغرف ، ويوجد وانتم بكرامه شطاف ، وقربه من سوبر ماركت 7د مشي.
قديمه بعض الشيئ ديكور قديم ، مستوى الخصوصيه في محيط الفيلا متدني ، كان من الافضل ان يكون هناك مرونه حين التاخر في الدخول ايضا وقت الخروج 11 ص يعتبر مبكرا للسياح.

كانت فيلا جميلا جدا ومتوفر كل شي بها وحلوه للعائلات الكبيره تتكون من 7 غرف وصالة و3 حمامات ومطبخ وحديقه كبيره ومقابله للشلال والنهر ومنطقة شواء وشجر عنب وتفاح وجلسه قريبه من النهر وغسالة ملابس استمتعنا بكل شي ويوجد بقربها سوبر ماركت والسنتر ليس بعيد ممكن مشي للناس الي تمشي وممكن سياره
