Authentic Leedo Hanok

Leedo Hanok was clean and near many restaurants. Walking distance to Insadong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changgyeonggung Palace and Anguk Train Station to go anywhere. GS25 & CU Convenience Stores very nearby. Leedo Hanok has a historical background but has been upgraded with modern facilities to suit modern living but retaining the "feel" of Hanok stay. The rooms have enough space to open luggages on the floor. Washing machine and dryer are available, so you don't have to bring that many clothes there and have extra space in luggage to buy more stuff in Korea. Overall an excellent stay.

I cannot begin to state how pleasantly surprised I was with Leedo Hanok. I grew up part time in Korea and couldn't wait to bring my family back. I knew of Bukchon Hanok Village and knew the location would be convenient and close to the palaces, Insadong, Ikseondong, etc. But the accommodations were absolutely amazing; we had a friendly and warm welcome with a very communicative host prior to the trip and the first day. Each room has A/C and comfortable sleeping arrangements. My kids chose to sleep in the room on the floor even though there were beds available. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and modern. Bonus - the washer/dryer as it was humid and rainy and we went through clothes quickly. It was a peaceful reprieve and our family loved it and told everyone we know about it. And!! One of my older favorite Korean movies was filmed there, which warmed my heart. It really felt like a home away from home.

まず、オーナーさんとのコミュニケーションがとてもスムーズでしたし、本当に良い方でした。 お庭もとても良く手入れされていますし、家の中も本当に清潔に保たれていました。 一日中観光で歩いて疲れて帰って来ると帰ってきた〜という安心感があります。 生活家電はもちろん、充電器まで用意してあって驚きました。 今まで韓国に行く時はホテルに泊まっていましたが、今度からはこちらに泊まります！ 우선 호스트분과의 소통이 매우 원활했고, 정말 좋은 분이셨습니다. 정원도 아주 잘 관리되어 있었고, 집 안 역시 정말 깨끗하게 유지되고 있었습니다. 하루 종일 관광으로 걷다가 지쳐서 돌아오면 “아, 돌아왔다”라는 안심되는 느낌이 듭니다. 생활 가전은 물론이고 충전기까지 준비되어 있어서 놀랐습니다. 지금까지는 한국에 올 때마다 호텔에 묵었는데, 다음부터는 이곳에 머물 예정입니다! 선생님, 정말 감사합니다 😊 First of all, communication with the host was very smooth, and he was truly a wonderful person. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the inside of the house was kept extremely clean as well. After walking around sightseeing all day and coming back exhausted, the house gave me a comforting feeling of “I’m home.” Not only were all the necessary appliances provided, but I was even surprised to find chargers prepared for guests. Until now, I always stayed in hotels whenever I visited Korea, but from now on, I will stay here instead!
